A comfortable, natural-looking solution when several teeth are missing or non-restorable.

Replace all of the teeth in the upper or lower jaw.

Getting comfortable, well-fitting dentures takes careful measurement and a few fitting adjustments to get right. Dr. Ali and Dr. Carey will walk you through the process step by step.

Getting Fitted

  1. ImpressionsA detailed impression of your gums and remaining teeth (if any) is taken as the starting point.
  2. Try-inBefore the final version is made, you'll try a preview to check fit, bite, and appearance — this is your chance to ask for changes.
  3. Final fittingThe finished dentures are checked for fit and comfort, and adjusted as needed.
  4. Follow-up adjustmentsIt's normal to need a few small adjustments in the following weeks as your mouth adjusts — come back in if anything feels off.

From Dr. Ali

Getting dentures to feel right takes more than one visit, and I tell patients that upfront instead of implying it'll be perfect on day one. If something's rubbing or loose after your fitting, that's a normal, fixable part of the process — call and come back in.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Will dentures look natural?

Yes — modern dentures are shaded and shaped to look like natural teeth, and Dr. Ali will work with you on the details during the try-in step.

How long does it take to get used to wearing them?

Most people adjust within a few weeks. Eating and speaking may feel different at first, which is normal and improves with time.

What's the difference between full and partial dentures?

Full dentures replace all teeth in an arch; partial dentures fill in gaps while your remaining natural teeth stay in place.

Do dentures need special care?

Yes — daily cleaning and safe storage matter. Dr. Ali or her team will walk you through the specifics for your denture type at your final fitting.
